See, there is a law of psychology.
You cannot… not communicate…
This means you can never stop communicating even if you want to.
Your verbal language is only 30% of communication which is under your control. And 70% of the communication is done by your body which is not under your control. You can shut your mouth, but the body never stops expressing itself and will continue to communicate.
So, we must remember that communication is always happening, if not through words through body language.
A person can’t be judged or trusted by his/her words. They may bend the truth or lie to hide the truth. The language of words belongs to conscious/thinking mind. The conscious mind can filter and communicate in a biased way to suit his/her situation.
The truth can be found in between the lines and/or body language. Body language is the language of the energy/subconscious mind. It cannot be changed by a thinking/conscious mind. It is unfiltered, unbiased, and is a representation of truth.
For the above reason we must learn to understand the body language of the person
The best fundamental technique for understanding body language and reading between the lines is your ability
What are you waiting for, start practicing the above technique in your real-life situations to become the master reader of body language. If you can, nobody can fool you.
